Hi, I’m Nancy McGill, the owner of Pristine Bookkeeping.

After 27 years serving my community as a first responder, I launched Pristine Bookkeeping to support the entrepreneurs and changemakers of the Sierra Nevada region. My passion for financial clarity began long before—over a decade of side-by-side experience in bookkeeping taught me how vital accurate records are to small business success. Today, I bring that same precision, dedication, and heart to helping local businesses and nonprofits thrive.

I’ve called Nevada home for over 40 years and proudly graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno. For the past 27 years, I’ve shared life’s journey with my incredible husband—steadfast, supportive, and my greatest cheerleader. Together, we’ve raised three beautiful, intelligent, and fiercely independent daughters who continue to inspire us every day. As a family, we love to travel, explore new places, and share our passion for all things Disney.
